The Confidence Bar Celebrates the Life of Dani Sher, PA-C

Dani Sher, PA-C, beloved industry icon, sadly passed away from gallbladder cancer earlier this year. Her death left a noticeable gap in this industry that highly valued her much needed levity and incredible sense of humor, as well as her brilliance in medical aesthetics, not the least of which included pioneering work in ultrasound for medical aesthetics.

October 21st would have been Dani’s 50th anniversary, and Chicago-based The Confidence Bar, run by industry luminary Rana Kennelly, NP, is celebrating her life with “Sparkle for Dani: An Extra Special Celebration.”

From The Confidence Bar’s site: “Dani wasn’t just a colleague; she was a trailblazer, mentor, and friend to so many of us. Dani served patients with skill and heart in some of Chicago’s busiest emergency rooms. She then pioneered ultrasound safety in aesthetics, trained countless practitioners, and lit up every room with her wit, curiosity, and brilliance. Dani’s life was filled with brilliance, compassion, and endless laughter. On her 50th Birthday, let’s continue the legacy of sparkle she left behind.

The Confidence Bar is offering one-day-only specials on Dysport and Hydrafacial for patients, allocating a portion of the day’s proceeds to the Sparkle Cancer Care Packages and Camp Kesem, two charities close to Dani’s hear.
