Yelp recently shared its 2026 Trend report with a focus on beauty, so what’s on tap this year, according to Yelp’s search data analysis? Beauty and self-care trends that include cutting-edge cosmetic treatments, innovative hair-restoration techniques, and heated workouts. Yelp users are looking for the below aesthetic treatments more than anything else right now!
Hair Restoration
Americans are investing more in hair growth and rejuvenation than ever before. Interest in hair restoration is surging across multiple options—from surgical procedures to cutting-edge regenerative therapies. Hair transplants are up 111%, while experimental solutions like PRP hair restoration (+51%) and stem cell treatments (+567%) are gaining traction. Even nonsurgical hair systems are making a comeback: modern, hyper-realistic men’s toupees have seen a 733% jump, with specialists like Savant Hair Replacement offering fully customized, next-gen solutions.
Noninvasive Skin and Laser Treatments
Consumers are looking for noticeable results without surgery. Laser-based facial treatments have skyrocketed, with searches for general laser facials up 916%, CO₂ lasers up 106%, and red-light therapy up 304%. Demand for ultrasound-driven skin-tightening services is also climbing, including Sofwave (+58%) and Ultherapy (+37%), as people seek sculpted jawlines and collagen-boosting results.
K-Beauty Influences: Letybo Arrives
Korean skincare continues to shape U.S. aesthetic trends. After buzz around K-beauty innovations like PDRN facials, a new injectable has entered the U.S. market: Letybo, a Botox competitor approved by the FDA in March 2025. Searches for Letybo are up an astounding 5,250% as consumers look to try the newest wrinkle-relaxing option.
Inside-Out Wellness: The NAD+ Boom
Preventive wellness is expanding beyond surface-level treatments. NAD+—a coenzyme tied to cellular energy, metabolism, and longevity—is drawing growing interest. Searches for NAD+ services are up 64%, with NAD injections specifically up 1,720%, reflecting a rising curiosity about internal rejuvenation, even as research continues to evolve.
Methodology
Trends are based on Yelp data comparing search and review patterns from Sept 2024–Aug 2025 to the previous 12-month period.
What does this mean for you?
CC Exclusive Analysis: It’s the beginning of a brand new year, and patients are stretching their interests beyond the familiar into new territory to find beauty treatments that are customized to meet their specific needs. If you aren’t familiar with the above treatments, now is the time to get familiar and determine whether there might be opportunity to offer these to your patients. The first month of the year is a good time to survey patients on treatments they are interested in and treatments they are getting elsewhere to determine whether you should be looking into expanding with hair restoration, longevity, and energy device services. This industry doesn’t slow down, so you have to keep hustling!
